Hi, I'm Sean

I'm a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty in Vernon, and I help people buy and sell homes across the North Okanagan, including Coldstream, Lavington and Vernon. I live full time in Okanagan Landing, on the other side of Vernon, so Coldstream is close to home, from Kal Beach and the Rail Trail to the valley roads out toward Lavington.

How I work

With buyers

I start by narrowing Coldstream's seven very different areas down to the two or three that fit your life, then set up a custom saved search so you see the right listings first. Before you write an offer, we check the Coldstream-specific items: sewer or septic, water source, zoning and ALR, jurisdiction, wildfire interface and the tax picture.

With sellers

I price from actual comparable sales, not algorithms, and prepare the answers Coldstream buyers will ask for before we list. Your home gets marketed on the MLS® system, on my main site realestatevernon.ca, and to buyers already researching Coldstream.
